Will my custom orthotics fit all kinds of shoes?
The custom orthotics will fit most shoes, however some dress shoes or high heels may require a specific pair. For this reason, it is best to order a second pair for those specific shoes. You will also receive a discount when ordering multiple pairs at the same time.
If I don’t like my custom orthotics, can I return them?
Yes, you can return your orthotics within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

While your orthotic can last several years, we recommend getting them replaced every 1-2 years, as your foot health needs change over time.
