How long does it take to receive my custom orthotics?
From the minute we receive your foam box impressions back from you, it will take 2-3 weeks for your custom orthotics to arrive at your door.
Do I have to break my custom orthotics in?
Yes, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to break custom fit orthotics in.
Will my custom orthotics fit all kinds of shoes?
The custom orthotics will fit most shoes, however some dress shoes or high heels may require a specific pair. For this reason, it is best to order a second pair for those specific shoes. You will also receive a discount when ordering multiple pairs at the same time.
If I don’t like my custom orthotics, can I return them?
Yes, you can return your orthotics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How long will my custom fit orthotics last?
While your orthotic can last several years, we recommend getting them replaced every 1-2 years, as your foot health needs change over time.
